FAQs
How often should I have my property pressure washed?
The frequency of pressure washing for your property will depend on several factors, including the specific needs of your property and the local climate. For example, properties with a lot of oak trees or other sources of staining may benefit from more frequent pressure washing, such as every 90 days. Similarly, properties with unsightly sprinkler stains may also require more frequent pressure washing. House washing and window cleaning are generally recommended at least twice a year, while concrete and flat surfaces may only need to be washed once per year. The frequency of roof and gutter cleaning may vary based on the local environment and the presence of trees, with properties in areas with more trees requiring more frequent cleaning. It is important to consult with a professional cleaning service to determine the optimal frequency for pressure washing your property.
Is my pool going to be dirty after having the patio / cage washed?
No! We make every effort to ensure that all dirt and debris are thoroughly removed from the pool and patio during the pressure washing process.
Is it ok to swim in the pool after the cleaning is done?
The chemicals used in the patio cleaning process are safe for use in pools. The active ingredient in the cleaning solution is sodium hypochlorite, which is the same chemical commonly used in pool chlorine.
What if I have a salt water pool?
If you have a saltwater pool, it means that the chlorine for your pool is generated on site through a system.
Will the roof cleaning effect my plants?
We water your plants before, during and after the cleaning. This insures their protection.
